Kansas City

You've already got the list.

Most owners I sit with meant to write their customers. Then a job came in. I write the emails in your voice, you look them over, and I hit send. Flooring shops on high-end epoxy jobs and a specialty running store have sat at 70 to 80 percent opens.

What you're paying for

I don't sell software. I don't hand you a template and wish you luck. I look at the list, write the emails, and send them. You approve the first month. After that you glance.

01

Email review

I look at the list, the last eight subject lines, and the tool you use. You leave with a 90-day calendar. $747.

02

Setup

I clean the list and write the first four emails. $2,800 one time. Most people start here before monthly or weekly.

03

Then I keep sending

Once a month, once a week, or every weekday. Follow-up on quotes that sat is part of weekly and daily. You can pay by card on those pages.

Two lists I've written to

I keep client names off this page unless they ask. The categories and the open ranges are real.

01

Flooring and epoxy

High-end garage and floor jobs. The emails were about the work, not 10 percent off. Opens sat in the 70 to 80 percent range.

02

Specialty running store

An independent shop with a real list. Same open range. It sounded like the person behind the counter, not a national chain.

More about the work

The price

Cheap email is usually a waste.

A $99 template and one blast a month doesn't get opened. A big agency will quote $5,000 to $12,000 and bury the writing inside tools you don't need.

Weekly emails are $3,900 a month. That's the writing, the list, and a send I can stand behind. Daily emails are 8% of sales we can tie to the list, with a $6,500 floor. Call me for that one.

You'll see the send, the opens, and the replies. I don't dress that up.

Questions I get

Do I have to switch email tools?

No. If what you have already works, we keep it. I'm selling the writing and the sending, not a new login.

Who is this for?

Shops where a typical job is worth a few thousand dollars. Flooring, specialty retail, clinics, trades, firms. If a month of emails would cost more than a usual job, this isn't a fit.

Are those open rates real?

Yes. Flooring companies on high-end epoxy work and a specialty running store both sat in the 70 to 80 percent open range. I don't invent click or sales numbers around that.

How often do you send?

Monthly emails are $1,850 a month. Weekly emails are $3,900. Daily is a split of the sales we can tie to the list, with a $6,500 floor. If you're not sure, start with the email review.
